Banga:- Under the able leadership of the Principal of the college, Dr. Indu Ratti, the students of Sikh National College Banga were organized on the occasion of International Youth Day on August 12 at RK Arya College, Nawanshahr. They performed brilliantly in the Red Run Marathon awareness program on HIV/AIDS and drugs and brought glory to the college by securing various positions.
The participation of the students in this program was organized by the Red Ribbon Club Coordinator of the college, Prof. Kishore Kumar and Sports Coach Sardar Jasvir Singh Bharta. In which in the girls' category, student Inderjot Kaur secured the first position, while in the boys' category, Sukirat secured the first, Janvir secured the second and Rahul Rana secured the third position.
Principal Indu Ratti Ji congratulated the students for this wonderful achievement and motivated them to work harder in the future and achieve higher goals and bring glory to the college. Dr. Harjot Singh, Dr. Amrit Kaur and College Superintendent Sardar Paramjit Singh were also present on this occasion.
