Student hoists Indian flag and raises patriotic slogans at MBA graduation ceremony in Berlin

Berlin/Hoshiarpur:- During an international graduation ceremony in Berlin, an Indian student grabbed everyone’s attention by displaying national pride while receiving his MBA degree.
Charanjit Singh, son of Subedar Major Satpal Singh and Namresh Kumari, was conferred with an MBA degree in General Business Administration from Concordia University Chicago, USA. It took place at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation.
In front of around 300 students, representing 31 different nationalities, Charanjit Singh unfurled the Indian national flag and raised the slogan “Satyamev Jaite”. Wearing his graduation gown, he stood with visible pride, drawing applause and cheers from the diverse audience.
The degree was formally conferred by the Provost and Chief Academic Officer, Kyriakos Kouveliotis. The event was organized by the Dean of the Faculty of the institution.
The moment reflects a shared sense of belonging among many students studying abroad, who often have strong ties to their homeland. Charanjit Singh’s gesture highlights this sense of identity and dedication, turning a routine academic milestone into a personal and patriotic statement.
