Chandigarh, September 3:- Haryana Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda informed that the state government will organize a grand 'State Teacher Award Distribution Ceremony' on the occasion of Teachers' Day on September 5. This ceremony will be held in the auditorium of the Public Works Department (PWD) located in Panchkula.
The ceremony will be attended by His Excellency the Governor of the state Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh as the chief guest, while the program will be presided over by Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini. During this state-level program, 79 selected teachers of the state who have done excellent work in the field of education will be honored for their commendable services and unparalleled contribution.
The Education Minister said that teachers are the architects of the society, who not only shape the future of the students but also play a key role in building a strong nation. This award is a tribute to the dedication, hard work and innovation of those teachers who maintained the quality of education even in difficult circumstances. The state government is fully committed to the welfare of teachers and continuous improvement of the education system. The Directorate of School Education has completed all the preparations for this program. Senior officers of the education department and many dignitaries will be present at the ceremony. The Education Minister congratulated all the honorable teachers in advance and said that this award will also motivate all other teachers of the state to provide quality education and excellent performance in their respective schools.
