Sangrur, 3 September:- Various special functions are being organized across the state by the Punjab Government dedicated to the 650th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji. Under this series, in District Sangrur also a special show of 500 drones will be organized on 8th September at Anaj Mandi Dirba from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) Sukhchain Singh Papra said that this special drone show dedicated to the 650th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji will be the centre of attraction for the people. About 500 drones will fly in the sky at the same time and give a unique presentation depicting the life, Bani, ideology and great teachings of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji.
He said that the objective of this drone show is to convey the teachings of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji and the great message given to society to the new generation. He appealed to the district residents to attend this unique and memorable drone show along with their families and children.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner instructed the concerned officials to complete all necessary arrangements in time to successfully conduct the drone show. He gave directions to ensure security arrangements, smooth running of traffic, parking, uninterrupted supply of electricity, clean drinking water, cleanliness, seating arrangement and other basic facilities.
He said that the district administration will make solid arrangements keeping in mind the convenience of the people attending the function, so that everyone can enjoy this special drone show and the function is completed in a proper manner. The Additional Deputy Commissioner appealed to all district residents to participate enthusiastically in this special function dedicated to the 650th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji.
