Hansi (Dinkar Gawri):- With the objective of strengthening the police system in Hansi district and making it more transparent and disciplined, Hansi Superintendent of Police Vinod Kumar inspected Sadar Hansi Police Station. During the visit, he thoroughly reviewed various arrangements on the police station premises, record maintenance, security arrangements, cleanliness and the working environment of police personnel.
During the inspection, the Superintendent of Police examined several important registers maintained at the police station, including the daily diary, FIR, complaint, history-sheeter, summons and warrants, missing persons, beat, vehicle seizure, lock-up and malkhana registers, along with CCTNS records. He directed the concerned officers and personnel to keep all records updated and properly organised and to ensure prompt action in pending cases.
SP Vinod Kumar also inspected the security and maintenance arrangements for case property stored in the malkhana. In addition, he reviewed the condition of the R Mori, police personnel’s barracks, mess, toilets and cleanliness across the police station premises, stressing the need to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Interacting with police personnel, the Superintendent of Police said that better discipline, transparency and an organised working system at the police station level strengthen public trust in the police. He directed police personnel to treat the public courteously, ensure the timely resolution of complaints and perform their duties with complete dedication, honesty and responsibility.
On the occasion, the Superintendent of Police also planted a sapling on the police station premises to convey the message of environmental conservation. He said environmental protection was an important need of the present time. Everyone should plant more trees and ensure their proper care. He encouraged police personnel to maintain a clean and green environment within the police station premises.
DSP Vinod Shankar, Inspector Sadanand, the Station House Officer of Sadar Police Station and other police officers and personnel were present on the occasion.
