Ratia, November 22:- Shri Namdev Ji Maharaj's cycle and chariot procession, which started from Pandharpur in Maharashtra, reached Ratia today. Apart from the Namdev Tailor community, many dignitaries of the city gave a grand welcome to this religious procession on its arrival in Fatehabad and took the blessings of Shri Vitthal Bhagwan and Shri Namdev Ji Maharaj.
The main objective of the procession is to promote and propagate peace, brotherhood and equality. The procession is being led by Suryakant Bise and Manoj Mande. More than 100 Namdev devotees are spreading Namdev Ji's message in cities and villages during the procession.
On this occasion, Sant Shiromani Namdev Sabha President Hardev Singh, Hari Singh Secretary Karnail Singh Sagu Treasurer, Baldev Singh, Gurnam Singh, Labh Singh, Sukhpal Singh, Jaswant Singh, Mahendra Singh, Preetpal Singh, Deepi Singh, Malkit Singh, Ram Singh, Kulwant Singh, Nachhatar Singh, Sharma Chand Lali and many other dignitaries were present.
Sharma Chand Lali informed that after resting in Ratia, the Rath Yatra will depart from Fatehabad for Ghuman, Punjab and will reach Ghuman, Punjab on November 25th.
The Yatra includes Satish Jadhav, Senior Cyclist National Award Cyclist, Dinesh Nikumbh, Sudhakar Sonawane, Bharat Kumar, Suvarna Aarsh, Harshal Suryaoday, 73-year-old Suresh Sapka, Somnath Karanjkar, and the youngest pilgrim Samarth Amle. The Yatra will travel from Maharashtra to Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana and then reach Ghuman Sahib, Punjab.
