Patiala- Senior Citizen Welfare Association, Patiala organized a grand poets' court in collaboration with the renowned organization Gyan Deep Sahit Sadhana Manch under the leadership of Dr. G. S. Anand. In which 10 selected poets showed their talent. Among them were Kuldeep Jodhpuri, Jaswinder Khara, Bachan Singh Gurm, Darshan Singh Darsh, Kulwant Saidoke, B. P. S. Dhaliwal, Parvinder Shokh, Gurpreet Dhillon, Dr. G. S. Anand and G. S. Chan Patialvi.
At the beginning of the poets' court, the secretary of the association, Mr. Rakesh Ranchan, respectfully welcomed the poets who arrived. Dr. G. S. Anand, president of the manch, shed light on the activities of Gyan Deep Sahit Sadhana Manch and introduced the poets present. The Kavi Darbar was conducted by the Secretary of the Manch, GS Chan Patialavi, in a very beautiful and interesting manner.
The poets presented their works on various topics and added color. Most of the poets presented their poetry by singing. A large number of senior citizen friends thoroughly enjoyed this one and a half hour program. The President of the Association, Mr. SP Kaul, praised the poetry and presentation of the poets and thanked them.
The Vice President, Mr. Joginder Singh Madan, honored the poets who came with gifts and thanked the Gyan Deep Sahitya Sadhana Manch for organizing the Kavi Darbar.
