Hansi:- SDM Rajesh Khoth listened earnestly to the grievances of the general public at a 'Samadhan Shivir' (Resolution Camp) organized within the District Secretariat complex and directed officials from relevant departments to ensure time-bound resolutions. Citizens attending the camp presented various issues before the SDM, ranging from electricity supply, social security pensions, and 'Parivar Pehchan Patra' (Family ID Cards) to water drainage and land plot-related matters.
During the resolution camp, Raghav—a differently-abled youth—submitted an application seeking to initiate his social security pension. In response, SDM Rajesh Khoth directed the concerned officials to ensure that Raghav's social security pension is processed within two weeks and that he is duly informed once the pension is sanctioned.
The SDM stated that ensuring eligible individuals receive the benefits of government schemes in a timely manner is a top priority for the administration.
Hemraj Munjal, a senior citizen attending the camp, presented his grievance before the SDM. SDM Rajesh Khoth directed the relevant departmental officials to resolve the issue within two days. Subsequently, the SDM extended a personal invitation to Hemraj Munjal to join him for tea. Witnessing the SDM's approachable demeanor, sensitive work ethic, and warmth, the senior citizen's face visibly lit up with a sense of relief and happiness. Those present at the camp also lauded the SDM's humane approach to public service.
Residents of Bhagat Singh Market, Hansi, brought an issue regarding the electricity supply system to the SDM's attention. The SDM directed officials from the Electricity Department to resolve the matter with immediate effect. Meanwhile, villagers from Petwar requested the provision of an electricity connection to facilitate the drainage of floodwaters. The SDM directed the concerned officials to inspect the site and take appropriate action expeditiously.
Dharmchand, a resident of Ugalan village, submitted an application seeking to rectify an error regarding the income details recorded in his 'Parivar Pehchan Patra'. SDM Rajesh Khoth directed the relevant departmental officials to investigate the matter and ensure that the discrepancy in the income details is corrected within 15 days.
Additionally, residents of Kutubpur village submitted a request to the SDM for the allotment of 100-square-yard residential plots. In response, the SDM directed the District Development and Panchayat Officer to visit the site, inspect the situation, and ensure appropriate action is taken in accordance with the rules.
SDM Rajesh Khoth stated that the objective of the 'Samadhan Shivir' (Resolution Camp) is to resolve the grievances of the general public in a prompt, transparent, and sensitive manner. He instructed officials to treat every complaint with seriousness and ensure its resolution within the stipulated timeframe, so that citizens are not compelled to make repeated visits to government offices.
Present on this occasion were officials from various departments, including District Development and Panchayat Officer Sandeep Bhardwaj, District Education Officer Vinod Sheoran, Tehsildar Suresh Kumar, and BDPO Ashok Kumar.
