Santokhgarh/Una, September 10:- The Municipal Council Santokhgarh has issued an office order regarding the involvement of third persons in official and construction works.
Under Office Order No. MCS/Order/2026/1093-1105, directions have been issued that in official and construction works undertaken in the Municipal Council area, until further orders, the initial participation of only elected members must be ensured before starting any new civil work.
The office order states that it has come to the notice of the undersigned that some third persons are participating in official procedures and other construction works in the Municipal Council area. In view of this, these directions have been issued.
Copies of the order have been sent to the Municipal Council President and Vice-President, all elected members and Municipal Council officials, with directions to ensure strict compliance.
At the same time, a copy of the order has been directed to be kept in the guard file.
Following this order of the Municipal Council, it has now been clarified that the participation of elected representatives will be given priority in the initial process of new civil and other official works.
