Una, October 14 – A training workshop will be held for candidates from various Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs-RSETIs) in Himachal Pradesh on October 16 and 17 at PNB RSETI, Una. Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal will inaugurate the two-day workshop on October 16 at 10:00 am.
This training will be for domain skill training and certification on the topic of "Construction and Masonry Work."
State Controller RSETIs, Himachal Pradesh, Dr. Ambika Sahu, stated that the objective of this training program is to enhance efficiency and quality in the construction and masonry sector, while developing a strong pipeline of trainers at the rural level. She added that senior officials and guests have also been invited to the program to inspire participants with their guidance and encouragement.
This program will prove to be an important step towards developing a strong pool of trained and certified trainers for the rural youth of the state. After successful completion of the programme, the selected candidates will be empanelled as trainers under the Rural Mason Training Programme.
The inaugural programme and “Training of Trainers” session will commence on October 16 at 10 am, while the computer-based test, presentation and viva-voce will be conducted on October 17 at 8:30 am.
