Nawanshahr:- Rotary Club organized a training workshop on the qualifications, qualities and duties required for social service leadership and the real behavior of gratitude at the local Rotary Bhawan. In the event led by Rotary Club President Rotarian Madam Riya Arora, Rote: GS Toor, Rote: Gurcharan Arora and Rote: Kumar Chandan, special speaker Dr. Ajay Bagga presented scholarly views on gratitude behavior and said that gratitude should not be based on formal words but should be a two-way practical gratitude.
He shared the necessary art of gratitude by presenting emotional examples for the exchange of “thank you”. On this occasion, social worker JS Gidda presented his views on social worker leadership, qualifications, qualities and duties and explained the Nawanshahr model of the “Save Daughters” movement, as a result of which the sex ratio fell to 775 girls per thousand boys and reached 962 girls per thousand boys, which was the highest in Punjab.
The stage was conducted by G S Toor. The Rotary Club honored the guest personalities and special speakers Dr. Ajay Bagga and J S Gidda. The Rotary Club planted flower plants in the courtyard of the Rotary Bhawan to share the message of a clean environment.
