Hoshiarpur- KMS College of IT and Management, Dasuha organized a special seminar on the topic "Human Rights in Indian Perspective", in which renowned educationist and social worker Sanjeev Kumar gave an inspiring lecture to the students.
During his address, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar said that human rights are the soul of democracy and it is the duty of every citizen to respect the rights of others. He discussed the fundamental rights enshrined in the Indian Constitution in detail and motivated the students towards awareness through many examples.
On this occasion, Mr. Arvinderpal Singh Kalsi also informed the students about the importance of skill development and explained in detail about the education and employment opportunities available in Canada. He inspired the youth to dream big for their future and explore foreign opportunities.
The college directors Dr. Shabnam Saini and Manav Saini welcomed the guests warmly and thanked them for their valuable time and inspiring thoughts.
There was a large attendance of students, teachers and other dignitaries in the college auditorium. At the end, the college management honored the special guests by presenting them with mementos.
The program ended with a round of applause and this inspiring session was welcomed with great enthusiasm by the students.
