Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 3 September:- The online registration process has started for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test for class 9th for the year 2027-2028. As per the directions of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, its last date is till 30.09.2026.
For providing modern and quality education, the online registration process has started for class 9th of the next academic year 2027-2028 in the co-educational residential PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Rakauli, run by the Government of India in village Rakauli of Mohali district. 
Giving information in this regard, Principal Mrs. Deepti Bhatnagar said that the parents of the students should be permanent residents of Mohali district, the student should be studying in class 8th. His/her birth should have taken place from 01.05.2012 to 31.07.2014 (including both dates), parents of students belonging to OBC category should check from the Sewa Kendra whether they come under OBC of Punjab in the Central List or not. If they do not come, then get registration done in General category. 
She said that the last date for getting registration done on the online link https://cbseitms.nic.in/2026/nvsix_9 is 30.09.2026. The date of this test is going to be held on 10.04.2027. She said that before doing registration, all the conditions in the prospectus should be read.
