Ratia, September 2:- On the occasion of the completion day of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, the Sikh Sewa Society organized a religious quiz competition at Gurdwara Sri Guru Granth Sahib, Purana Bazar Ratia, in which about 17 teams of staff from various schools of the area participated. The quiz competition began with the prayer for the welfare of all.
Giving information about the program, society members Happy Singh Sethi, Ranjit Singh Bittu, teacher Meena Rani, Harnek Singh Sandhu, Ajaib Singh Mander, Advocate Harjeevan Singh Sidhu, Harmanjot Singh and other members said that for the first time in Ratia, this program was organized by the society with the aim of providing information related to Sikh history to children.
Krishan Singh Chitrakar and Bhai Jaswant Singh played the role of the judging panel well during the program. Students participated enthusiastically in this competition. Green Valley School Nangal stood first, Standard High School Hadoli stood second and Guru Nanak International School Ratia stood third.
On the occasion of the program, the teams that stood first, second and third were specially awarded mementos, medals and certificates, while the other participating teams were also honored. Apart from this, the audience present in the program was honored by having a question and answer session.
In these competitions, members of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee Iqbal Singh Khokhar, Kaka Singh Ladhuwas, Gurmail Singh Sehanal, Karamjit Singh Salamkhera, Manager Daljit Singh Peepalthe, Jarnail Singh Bhuna, Tejinder Singh Aujla, Dr. Representatives of various Gurdwara committees and religious institutions including Naib Singh Mander, Swaran Singh, Preetpal Kaur, Bhai Hakam Singh, Bhai Trilok Singh Mehmra, Baljinder Singh Pansari, Jagsir Singh, Kamaljit Singh, Navdeep Singh, Davinder Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Manjit Singh, Judge Singh, Sandeep Arora, Sukhdev Singh Hadauli, spokesperson Jagwant Singh Hukamwali, Ramesh Kumar attended.
