Garhshankar, November 11:- It is a matter of pride for Punjab that the grandson and granddaughter of late Dalip Singh Bajwa of village Phulewal (Kapurthala) won the gold medal in the World Championship for the third consecutive time. Gurdan Singh Bajwa and Jessica Kaur Bajwa, residing in the city of Rüzenheim, Germany, brought glory to Punjab by winning the gold medal in the Kickboxing World Championship competition held in the city of Trier, Germany.
These two siblings performed well and competed hard in Calgary, Canada in 2023, in Rhodes, Greece in 2024 and now in the city of Rüzenheim, Germany in 2025 and won the gold medal and brought glory to Punjab and Germany.
The father of these children, Major Singh Bajwa and mother, Rupinder Kaur Bajwa, said that by winning the gold medal in the World Championship, the children have brought glory to Punjab and Germany for the third time in a row and in the coming time, they will bring glory to the entire country by working hard. They said that this victory is not only the victory of the children but also of their coach.
They said that we are very proud of our children and they congratulated the entire Punjabi community. We are very proud of these children.
