Hoshiarpur:- When governments fail to fulfill their responsibilities, the path of resistance and struggle is the only way to bring relief to the people. At present, the people who are grinding in the mill of back-breaking inflation, unemployment and corruption will have to wage a continuous and planned struggle against the incompetent governments in order to pay true tribute to the martyrdom of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh and his companions.
To change the situation, firm opposition to the capitalist patron governments is the main need of the hour, for which the oppressed and downtrodden people of all classes have to unite and fight in the field, only then will the freedom of the dreams of the martyrs be achieved, otherwise the people will have to face a life worse than that of slaves. These views were expressed by Talwinder Singh Heer Nangal Khilariya, Propaganda Secretary of Bhakiyu Ekta Ugrahan District Hoshiarpur on the occasion of the martyrdom day of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev.
Bhagat Singh, a great warrior and a far-sighted thinker who sacrificed his life for the country at the age of just 23, was well aware and worried about the situation that would arise after the independence of the country. Through his various writings and speeches, he repeatedly reiterated the need for the complete elimination of exploitation of man by man and explained the method of fighting for their rights to the people of the country.
But it is with great sadness that I have to say that no government considered it necessary to convey the views of Sardar Bhagat Singh to the people, but efforts were made to bury his memory. The martyrdom of India's national hero, unique revolutionary and great warrior Sardar Bhagat Singh and his comrades will continue to show the way to the people fighting against oppression for the rest of the world. Shaheed-e-Azam had declared capitalism as a terrible threat to humanity.
The true tribute to the martyrdom of Sardar Bhagat Singh and his comrades would be that we all come together and save the country from the divisive communal forces and fight as true companions of the oppressed people to fulfill the unfulfilled dreams of our great martyrs and guide the country and the young generation dear to our hearts to the path of patriotism. Let us alert the working people to the reality of the dramas being played by the governments to deceive the people and to earn political bread only, and save them from getting caught in the web of illusions spread by them.
