Hansi:- A one-day block-level women's sports competition was organized by the Women and Child Development Department at the sports ground in Sector-5. Women from Hansi Block II participated in the event. Notably, a woman, Santosh Gill, was the chief guest at the women's sports competition.
Addressing the women present, Chief Guest Santosh Gill said that to keep the body and mind healthy, every person should include a sport in their life and play it regularly. She said that sports not only keep the body and mind healthy but are also a great source of entertainment, and the government is also providing jobs to good players.
The competition included 100-meter, 300-meter, and 400-meter races, discus throw, 5-kilometer cycle race, and musical chair competition, in which a large number of women participated enthusiastically. The women players who secured first, second, and third positions were awarded cash prizes of Rs. 2100, Rs. 1100, and Rs. 750 respectively.
Here are the results of the sports competitions: In the musical chair competition, Dhanpati Devi from Badchhappar village secured the first position, Anita from Ugalan village came second, and Babita from Putti village secured the third position.
In the discus throw competition, Gayatri from Ugalan village came first, Poonam from Sisar village came second, and Nikki from the same village secured the third position.
In the 100-meter race, Pooja from Madanheri village came first, Sonu from Bas Akbarpur village came second, and Suman from Bhatol Jatan village secured the third position. In the 300-meter race, Reena from Sisar village came first, Preeti from Dharm Kheri village came second, and Rachna from Putti village secured the third position. 
In the 400-meter race, Raveena from Kharbala village came first, Nidhi from Madanheri village came second, and Rekha from Badchhappar village secured the third position. In the 5-kilometer cycling race competition, Sheenu from Bas Akbarpur village secured the first position, Aarti from Khanda Kheri village came second, and Pooja from Madan Heri village secured the third position. 
CDPO Sudesh Rana, CDPO Neelam Rani, Supervisors Kamal Chahal, Samvedna, Kusum, Santosh, Rajkala, and several other staff members were present on the occasion.
