Hansi: SDM Rajesh Khoth instructed officials to prioritize resolving public issues at the Samadhan Camp, and ensure that every complainant is informed of the resolution.
Rajesh Khoth was listening to citizens' grievances at the Samadhan Camp held at the Joint Office Complex on Thursday. He listened to all complaints presented by citizens seriously and directed the officials of the concerned departments to resolve them promptly.
Anoop, a resident of Umra village, submitted an application for an electricity connection at the camp, prompting the SDM to inspect the site and provide an electricity connection promptly.
Similarly, officials from the Irrigation and Electricity Departments were directed to visit Sultanpur, Singhwa Ragho, and Mahenda villages to review drainage arrangements and ensure necessary arrangements are made wherever necessary to avoid inconvenience to citizens.
During the camp, applications related to reducing income in the family ID, getting old age pension and widow pension were also submitted. The SDM inspected the documents of the applications in all these cases and directed the officials to complete the necessary action quickly.
SDM Rajesh Khoth gave clear instructions to the officials of all the departments that they should ensure their own presence in the Samadhan camps and not send their subordinate employees to the Samadhan camp. He spoke to the officials who were absent in today's camp over the phone and reprimanded them and warned that strict administrative action will be taken if they show negligence in future.
Naib Tehsildar Suresh Kumar, Superintendent of SDM office Dharamveer Ranga along with officials and employees of various departments were present in the Samadhan camp.
