Hoshiarpur- MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa inaugurated the construction work of the road from New Link New Abadia Adamwal to Bahadurpur-Bassi Ghulam Hussain. He said that this approximately 1.72 km long road is being constructed at a cost of Rs 53.53 lakh, which will provide great relief to the local residents in transportation.
MLA Jimpa said that roads are the most important link for the development of the region, as good roads not only smoothen transportation but also accelerate economic activities. He said that the objective of the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is to reach every ward and every village with development projects.
He said that the government is carrying out equal development works in cities and villages so that basic facilities can be provided to the people on time.
MLA Jimpa thanked the people present and said that public support in development works is their biggest strength and such works will continue in the coming days to make Hoshiarpur assembly constituency a model assembly constituency.
