Hoshiarpur- In the joy of the birth anniversary of the first ruler Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, a grand Nagar Kirtan was organized from the great historical place Gurdwara Sahib Baba Sheikh Farid Bohan under the auspices of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and under the leadership of the Panj Pyares. In the Nagar Kirtan, the Raagi Jatha Bhai Jaswant Singh Bhikhowal performed a variety of kirtans and delighted the congregation. On this occasion, the Singhs of the Jatha of Dashmesh Gatka Dal delighted the congregation by showing the jewels of Gatka.
The Nagar Kirtan reached Dera 108 Sant Baba Sital Das Bohan after passing through various stages of the city, where the current incumbent Sant Sarwan Das Ji, Chairman of the Guru Ravidas Sadhu Samparday Society, led a large number of devotees present and warmly welcomed the Nagar Kirtan by showering flowers. Dera servitors Giani Lovepreet and Giani Ravinder Singh honored him by presenting Ramala Sahib and presenting him with a Sirpa.
