Nawanshahr- As per directions of Election Commission of India, monthly checking of EVM warehouse created at district level was done by District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Gulpreet Singh Aulakh.
As per orders issued by Election Commission of India, checking of EVM warehouse created at district level is done every month by District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner, monthly checking is done from outside of EVM warehouse and quarterly inspection/checking is done by opening EVM warehouse in presence of all recognized political parties of district.
Quarterly inspection of EVM warehouse is to be done in month September, 2026 by opening EVM warehouse. During checking of month August, EVM Nodal Officer Shri Ramanjit, Assistant Commissioner (G), S.B.S. Nagar and Election Tehsildar Shri Amandeep Singh were present.
