Lalru, March 27: Under the Punjab Education Revolution being run by the Punjab Government, MLA of Derabassi constituency S. Kuljit Singh Randhawa inaugurated interactive flat panels while providing modern educational facilities in various government schools of the constituency and these panels were dedicated for the study of the students.
Under this, panels were installed in Shaheed Subedar Balbir Singh Government High School, Dapper; Government High School, Hassanpur; Government Senior Secondary School (Girls), Village Lalru; Government Senior Secondary Smart School, Lalru Mandi; Government High School, Sarasini; Government High School, Ramgarh Roorkee; Government High School, Tsimbli; Government Senior Secondary Smart School, Handesra and Government Senior Secondary Smart School, Rani Majra and were dedicated to the students.
On this occasion, MLA Randhawa said that the Punjab government is making historic reforms in the education sector, as a result of which smart classrooms, digital learning and modern facilities are being provided to the students in government schools. He said that interactive flat panels will increase the interest of children in learning and make lesson study more interesting and this will further raise the standard of education in government schools.
He further said that the aim of the government is to provide quality education to every student so that they can become responsible and capable citizens of the country in the future. Principals, teachers and other prominent persons of the schools were also present on this occasion.
