Una, August 4: The 'Mediation for the Nation 3.0' campaign is being launched with the aim of promoting the speedy and amicable resolution of disputes through mutual consent and mediation. Shikha Lakhanpal, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Una, shared this information.
She stated that Justice Vikram Nath, a Judge of the Supreme Court and Chairman of the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee, has approved the proposal to launch the 'Mediation for the Nation 3.0' campaign. The campaign aims to strengthen public confidence in the utility, simplicity, and effectiveness of mediation.
Shikha Lakhanpal said that through this campaign, people would be made aware of adopting mediation for the amicable and speedy resolution of pending cases. She appealed to the general public to make maximum use of the mediation mechanism for the peaceful resolution of disputes wherever possible.
