Hisar: For the auspicious commencement of the 129th Shri Ram Navami Festival and the melodious sacred Shri Ram Katha to be organized from 19 to 27 March by Shri Ramlila Committee Katla, worship and prayers were performed with complete rituals and traditions. President of Shri Ramlila Committee Katla, Vinod Gupta, along with associates connected to Ramlila, offered invitation letters with full devotion during prayers to the first worshipped Shri Ganesh Ji and Veer Bajrang Bali Ji at the temple. Similarly, invitation letters were offered to other deities as well, seeking their blessings. During this, all present raised chants of Jai Shri Ram and Jai Bajrang Bali, making the entire temple resonate.
After the worship, prasad was distributed among all present members and other devotees. Vinod Gupta informed that all preparations for Shri Ram Navami Festival and Shri Ram Katha to be held from 19 to 27 March at Goenka Sadan in Devi Bhavan have been completed.
On this occasion, Katla Ramlila Secretary Lalit Goyal, Rajkumar Jain, Vinod Kansal, Radheshyam Agrawal, Praveen Singal, Sajjan Gupta, Veerbhan Bansal, Surendra Lahauria, Rajesh Sharma and Rajendra Bansal along with a large number of other dignitaries were also present. During this, President Vinod Gupta stated that the tradition established by Katla Ramlila of taking the stories of Shri Ram to the masses is being carried forward through Ramlila and Shri Ram Katha.
He informed that the Shri Ram Navami Festival and Shri Ram Katha organized by Shri Ramlila Committee Katla will continue from 19 to 27 March at Goenka Sadan of Devi Bhavan in Hisar. The timing of the Katha will be daily from 3.15 pm to 7 pm. On 27 March, a havan for public welfare will be performed at 7.15 am at Goenka Sadan, and on the same day at 9.15 am, a grand Ram Navami procession will be taken out from here. This procession will pass through various markets and will return to Goenka Sadan. Here, from 12.15 pm till the will of the Lord, a community feast will be organized. Every day, Shri Bhavesh Krishna Bhardwaj from Shri Dham Vrindavan will narrate the Shri Ram Katha.
