Karnal, December 14: A mass wedding ceremony for girls from needy families was organized in the sacred premises of the Karnal Manav Seva Sangh. Three couples tied the knot at this ceremony: Manisha and Vikram, Tanu and Gurmeet, and Sonakshi and Suraj. The District President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Bhai Praveen Lathar, and yoga instructor Naveen Sandhuja graced the occasion as chief guests.
Swami Prem Murti ji, on behalf of the Manav Seva Sangh, welcomed them with floral tributes. He blessed all the couples and their family members present. Also present on the occasion were Dr. Bhagat Ram Khandwal Advocate, Dulichand Sharma, Devendra Walia, Ram Prakash Sharma, Ram Kumar Singh, Mahendra Narwal, Baldev Raj, Sumer Chand, Dr. Satpal, Vinita Chopra, and other dignitaries.
On this occasion, Dr. Bhagat Ram Khandwal Advocate informed that the Karnal Manav Seva Sangh regularly organizes mass wedding ceremonies for girls from needy families. So far, 703 weddings have been conducted, and today, three more couples were married. Thus, a total of 706 weddings have been solemnized to date.
The next mass wedding ceremony by the Karnal Manav Seva Sangh will be held on March 15, 2026. Needy families can register the prospective bride and groom at the Karnal Manav Seva Sangh before March 15, 2026, to avail of this opportunity.
