Hoshiarpur: Former PNB Director Mr. Rajendra Kumar Bhatia shared that he had the opportunity to participate in a two-day national-level Faculty Development Program (focused on Case Teaching and Case Development) organized jointly by the All India Management Association (AIMA), Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU), and ICRC from June 30 to July 1. The program was conducted very effectively by the university and the resource person, Ms. Anuja Pandey (Head, ICTC, AIMA New Delhi), running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Senior Ph.D. professors from various disciplines and fields within the university also attended the program. Mr. Bhatia gained valuable insights while participating in the sessions alongside them. He also had the opportunity to meet the university's Director. The arrangements made by the university were commendable.
It is particularly noteworthy that during his tenure at PNB, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Bhatia held positions such as Manager, Director of PNB RSETI, All India Chairman of the PNB SC/ST EWA, and Circle Secretary of AIPNBOA (PNB Officers' Association). Currently, he serves as the President of the Baba Sahib Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Welfare Society in his village. He consistently motivates the children of his village to progress in life through education and hard work.
