Chandigarh, December 10:- The Haryana Government has directed all departments, boards, corporations and public undertakings to update the details of annual family income of employees deployed through Haryana Skill Employment Nigam Limited (HKRN) on the Family Identity Card (PPP) portal in a timely manner.
A letter issued by Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Rastogi said that these instructions have been issued in continuation of the Contract Workers Appointment Policy 2022 under which it is mandatory to complete and update the PPP details of those deployed for manpower deployment. Due to non-updating of family income details, there is a discrepancy in the service record and there is delay in disposal of administrative matters.
According to the letter, the government has taken notice that a large number of persons who joined various departments between 17 August 2019 and 31 December 2021 have not updated their PPP details, especially the family income status. Despite this, they are being paid regularly through HKRN.
The state government has now directed that all the concerned contractual employees should update their family income details on the PPP portal without any delay. Along with this, the responsibility of ensuring proper verification of compliance at their level has also been entrusted to the departments, boards and corporations.
All Administrative Secretaries have been asked to issue necessary instructions to the Heads of Departments, Boards and Corporations under their administrative control so that the PPP record of all contract employees, especially the family income status, is updated through HKRN within 20 days from the date of issue of this letter.
