Sunam, October 3:- As part of the series of events dedicated to the 650th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji, the Punjab Government organised a drone show based on the life and teachings of Guru Sahib at Shaheed Udham Singh College, Sunam, today. Cabinet Minister Aman Arora attended the event along with the congregation. The illuminated formations created by drones in the sky brought Guru Sahib’s Gurbani, life philosophy and message of universal brotherhood to life, presenting a beautiful blend of modern technology and spiritual heritage.
On the occasion, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to taking the teachings of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji to every household. He said that Guru Sahib showed humanity the path of equality, love, honest labour and mutual harmony. His Gurbani inspires people to rise above caste distinctions and social discrimination and uphold the dignity and honour of every human being.
Aman Arora said that the concept of ‘Begampura’ envisioned by Guru Sahib provides guidance for creating a society where every person can live with dignity without fear or discrimination. He said that adopting these teachings in daily life and strengthening mutual brotherhood is a true expression of devotion to Guru Sahib.
The Cabinet Minister said that unique presentations such as drone shows are an effective medium to connect the new generation with the great spiritual heritage. He said that the depiction of Guru Sahib’s life and philosophy through illuminated formations appearing in the sky increases children’s and young people’s interest in learning about his Gurbani and teachings.
On the occasion, the Kirtani Jatha of Bhai Joginder Singh Ludhianewale blessed the congregation with soulful Kirtan.
Aman Arora said that the land of Punjab symbolises universal brotherhood, service and communal harmony. He said that the objective of these events organised by the Punjab Government is to preserve this heritage and make Guru Sahib’s message of love for humanity and equality a part of public consciousness.
The Cabinet Minister appealed to the congregation to draw guidance from Guru Sahib’s teachings and further strengthen mutual respect, cooperation and harmony in society.
He said that giving equal respect to every human being, helping those in need and making efforts to eliminate social discrimination is our collective responsibility.
