Khanna (Ludhiana):- An incident of firing on Akali Dal Waris Punjab senior leader Jaswant Singh Cheema has come to light in Doraha, Khanna. This incident took place when Jaswant Singh Cheema was coming towards Doraha from Ludhiana in his Innova vehicle.
On the way, two persons riding a motorcycle tried to stop his vehicle near Gurthali Bridge in Doraha. According to the information, due to darkness, Jaswant Singh Cheema feared that miscreants might be trying to stop the vehicle.
Due to this suspicion, he did not stop his vehicle and drove forward. Meanwhile, an unknown person fired at his vehicle. The bullet hit the window of the Innova vehicle directly. Fortunately, Jaswant Singh Cheema was not harmed in this firing.
