Hoshiarpur- The State Level Junior Kho-Kho Championship Under-18 was organized by Kho-Kho Association Hoshiarpur from 2nd November to 3rd November 2025 at Rayat Bahra Professional University. Which was jointly inaugurated by Cabinet Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh and Lok Sabha Member Dr. Rajkumar Chabbewal Ji by hoisting the flag.
In this State Level Championship, the Kho-Kho team of boys and girls (Under 18) of Naru Nangal School led Hoshiarpur district. While performing brilliantly in the game, they brought glory to the school by securing the third position and winning the bronze medal. It is a matter of great pride for Hoshiarpur district that Hoshiarpur has been able to achieve any position in the State Level Kho-Kho competition after 25 years.
These children were honored by Cabinet Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh, Member of Parliament Dr. Raj Kumar, District Sports Officer Sardar Gurpreet Singh Ji (International Hockey Player), Director of Vardhman Group Shri Tarun Chawla Ji, Security Advisor Pradeep Kumar Dadwal Ji, Chairman of Kho-Kho Association Hoshiarpur Sardar Sarabjit Singh Dhami, Principal of Rayat Bahra International School Rashmi Sharma and President Ajit Singh by giving them a badge of honor, cash prize and trophy. On reaching the school, Principal Shailendra Thakur Ji congratulated these children and motivated them to perform even better.
