Haroli/Una, April 14 (Rajveer Chopra): The birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was celebrated with great ??????? and enthusiasm at Tap Asthan Shri Khuralgarh Sahib, the sacred land blessed by the holy presence of Shri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji.
On this occasion, renowned Ragi and Dhadi groups performed Gurbani Kirtan, leaving the ???? spiritually enriched. During the program, Baba Keval Singh Ji shared insights from the life of Dr. Ambedkar, highlighting that he dedicated his entire life to the upliftment of the oppressed and marginalized sections of society. He emphasized that despite holding 32 degrees, Baba Saheb sacrificed his personal life for humanity and authored the Constitution of India, ensuring equal rights for people of all castes and religions.
He further stated that Dr. Ambedkar was not just a leader of a particular community but a guide for the entire humanity.
Former MLA Lov Kumar Goldy also marked his presence at the event. Senior Vice President of the Gurudwara, Makkhan Singh Wahadpuri, and Chaudhary Jeet Singh Bagwai extended their greetings to the congregation on the occasion of Dr. Ambedkar’s birth anniversary.
Cashier Harbhajan Singh and Baba Sukhdev Singh honored the distinguished guests with siropaos and mementos. Meanwhile, Sarpanch Roshan Lal appealed to the devotees to contribute towards the seva (service) of the Gurudwara.
Members of the managing committee including Baba Keval Singh, Baba Naresh Singh, Dr. Kulvaran Singh, Makkhan Singh, Baba Sukhdev Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Binder Singh, Satpal Singh, Chaudhary Jeet Singh, Dr. Jasbir Vicky, Dr. Vipin Kumar, Baljeet Singh, and Charan Bharti, along with a large number of devotees, were present on the occasion.
