Sangrur, October 30:- District Defence Services Welfare Officer, Sangrur, Commander Dilpreet Singh Kang (Retd.), informed that the District Defence Services Welfare Office, Sangrur, is organising a SPARSH Life Certificate Fortnight.
He said that a special camp would be organised at the District Defence Services Welfare Office, Sangrur, from November 2 to November 20, 2026, excluding government holidays, during office hours. The camp is being organised for ex-servicemen pensioners, widows of ex-servicemen and dependents whose monthly attendance for Army family pension is due in November 2026, to facilitate the submission of their life certificates.
The District Defence Services Welfare Officer appealed to the concerned pensioners to visit the office with their Army pension PPO issued by SPARSH, Aadhaar card, bank passbook in which the pension is credited, and the mobile number linked to their Aadhaar card, and submit their life certificates.
