Disaster Mitras met Deputy Commissioner Una, shared experiences of disaster management training.

Una, March 25- After receiving 21 days of rigorous training, two disaster friends of Una district, Jagdeep Singh and Anita Kumari, met Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal in his office on Tuesday. During this, they gave detailed information about their training program to the Deputy Commissioner and shared their experiences.
The Deputy Commissioner congratulated the master trainer disaster friends and wished them a bright future. He said that as per the guidelines of the government, about 475 young disaster friends will be trained in Himachal Pradesh and Una district. Disaster friends will play an important role in this. He said that formation of trained volunteers is necessary to deal with various disasters and young disaster friends will have an important contribution in this.
Let us tell you, 20 best disaster friends of the state were sent by the Himachal Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority to the Central Training Institute, Kot Bhalwal, Jammu and Kashmir from March 3 to 24 to train them as master trainers. In this, two disaster friends from Una district successfully completed the training program.
On this occasion, Training Coordinator, District Disaster Management Authority, Una, Rajan Kumar Sharma was also present.
