Bokaro (Jharkhand), April 23 - A person was arrested in Jharkhand's Bokaro district on Wednesday for uploading a controversial social media post on the Pahalgam terror attack. This information was given by a police officer.
The officer said that the person, identified as Mohammad Naushad, had allegedly praised Pakistan and Lashkar-e-Taiba for the terror attack in a post on X. "He was arrested from Millat Nagar under the limits of Balidih police station. He is being questioned," said station in-charge Naveen Kumar.
It is noteworthy that terrorists attacked a major tourist spot in the Besran plains near Pahalgam in south Kashmir on Tuesday, in which 26 people were killed. Most of the deceased were tourists.
