Nawanshahr, September 30:- The local Blood Donors Council (BDC) will organise a voluntary blood donation camp, as every year, on National Blood Donation Day on October 1. This year, in addition to the blood donation camp, a free camp for blood group and Hb testing will also be organised. Free medicines will also be provided to persons suffering from blood deficiency.
A meeting of the organisation was held in this regard under the chairmanship of S.K. Sareen. President S.K. Sareen, Secretary J.S. Gidda and Finance Secretary Pravesh Kumar appealed to blood donors and the public to visit the BDC Blood Centre on the occasion of National Blood Donation Day so that the activities dedicated to the day could be successfully carried out.
