Hoshiarpur:- District Magistrate Ashika Jain, exercising the powers vested in her under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Protection Code, 2023, has issued orders prohibiting the flying/running of drone cameras in areas falling within the route of the Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh National Marathon starting from Mahilpur.
According to the orders issued, various cabinet ministers, MLAs, VIPs and state-level athletes are participating in the marathon, in view of which there will be a ban on flying/running drones. The marathon will start from Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Mahilpur, reach Garhshankar and end after reaching Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Mahilpur.
