Garhshankar, September 1:- Today, at Satnore village, an effigy of the Modi government was burnt against rising inflation on the call of CPI(M) and CITU. It was led by Mahendra Kumar Badoan, Neelam Badoan and Baldev Raj Satnore.
Addressing the gathering, these leaders said that inflation is continuously increasing during the rule of the Modi government. It has become difficult for the poor people to even eat two meals a day. The price of a gas cylinder has crossed one thousand, sugar has reached 65 rupees and the prices of other food items and vegetables have skyrocketed.
He said that we remember when there was a slight increase in the prices of gas cylinders and other items, Rajnath Singh, Smriti Irani and Sushma Swaraj sat on the roads with gas cylinders and vegetables. Today they should be ashamed of where inflation has reached in their rule.
The leaders said that before the Modi government came, Baba Ramdev used to say that if you vote for the Modi government, you will get a cylinder for Rs 300 and petrol for Rs 35 per liter. Now it is not even known what hole he has entered and has put a mask on his mouth.
The leaders warned that if the government does not control inflation, the struggle will be intensified. On this occasion, Surinder Kaur, Pramod, Baby, Kulwinder Singh, Sunita Rani, Shani, Harmesh Lal and Pooja also addressed.
