Hansi: SDM Rajesh Khoth announced that a unity march will be organized in Hansi on November 20, 2025, to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The march will begin at 8:30 am from the local SD Women's College.
Rajesh Khoth chaired a joint meeting of officials from various departments regarding preparations for the unity march at the joint office premises on Monday. He assigned duties to officials and employees to ensure a successful and grand unity march and instructed them to perform them with utmost dedication.
He stated that the unity march will begin at 8:30 am on Thursday, November 20, from the local SD Women's College. He informed that the Ekta Padyatra will start from SD Mahila Mahavidyalaya and will reach back to SD Mahila Mahavidyalaya via Umra Gate, Tikona Park, Char Qutub Gate, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Chowk, Shaheedi Smarak, Badsi Gate, Ambedkar Chowk and Jat Dharamshala. The chief guest will address the closing ceremony held here.
SDM Rajesh Khoth, while giving instructions to the Municipal Council officials, said that they should ensure cleanliness of all the places including Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Chowk, Shaheedi Smarak, the starting point of the Padyatra. He instructed the Public Health Department to make arrangements for clean drinking water and dustbins during the Padyatra, and the Health Department to make arrangements for an ambulance along with a team of doctors.
