Patiala, November 5: Dharminderpal Singh of local Jai Vidya Nagar Karheri has filed a complaint at Tripari police station that three persons including two women sold him a house (located at street number 2 of Jai Vidya Nagar) which has already been registered in the name of another person.
The persons whose names have been recorded in FIR No. 367 as the alleged accused include Inderjit Kaur of Urban Estate Phase 3, Manjit Kaur of Sanur and Iqbal Singh, a property dealer from Sanur. The police have registered a case under sections 367, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC. In another case, when the police team of ASI Puran Singh of Thana Kotwali with him searched a person named Ashok Kumar on Devigarh Road (near Chhoti Nadi) on suspicion, they found 170 narcotic pills and 70 grams from him. Opium was drunk. The alleged accused is said to be from Chika (Haryana). A case has been registered against him under section 18, 22, /61/85 of NDPS.
