Una, February 11: The 10-day Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP - PMEGP) beneficiary training program held at the Punjab National Bank Rural Self-Employment Training Institute, Una, concluded successfully today. Punjab National Bank District Lead Manager Sanjeev Saxena was the chief guest on the occasion.
Sanjeev Saxena honored the 28 participants who completed the training by presenting them with certificates and mementos. He urged the participants to utilize the loan provided in the right direction, make their businesses successful, become self-reliant, and inspire others to become self-employed.
On this occasion, Punjab National Bank R-SETI, Una Director Sudhir Kumar Sharma urged the participants to expand their businesses and help expand the benefits of government loan schemes to as many people as possible. He also extended his heartfelt best wishes to all the participants for a bright future.
Giving information about the programme, Akash Bhardwaj, Programme Director and Faculty Member of PNB RSETI Una said that under this training, detailed training related to loans and subsidies was provided to 28 participants. He said that participants from Una, Mandi, Bilaspur and Kinnaur districts participated in this programme. He informed that after the training, the benefit of loan subsidy/grant up to 25 percent will be provided to the general category participants and up to 35 percent to the special category participants, which will promote self-employment.
On this occasion, Hina, Meenakshi and other officers and employees from PNB RSETI Una were also present.
