Nawanshahr - District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa IAS said that more than three thousand staff have been trained/rehearsed for conducting voting in the three Vidhan Sabha constituencies of the district for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. . For which the Additional Returning Officers in the district gave training to the election staff to run EVMs during the rehearsal. All election staff are informed about the voting process. The system of machines was introduced.
   District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner said that adequate arrangements have been made at all 615 polling booths in the district. He said that the rehearsal of Vidhan Sabha Constituency, Nawanshahr was held at Siwalik School, Nawanshahr, Vidhan Sabha Constituency, Balachore at Baba Balraj College and the rehearsal of Vidhan Sabha Constituency Banga was held at GN College Banga.
