Nawanshahr:- Under the Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme run by the Punjab Government for the convenience of the people of the state, today a visit to Shri Anandpur Sahib Ji, Mata Vaishno Devi Ji, Mata Chintapurni Ji, Mata Jawala Ji from village Karnana of Banga Constituency. The Walbo bus was flagged off by Punjab Water Resources Development and Management Corporation Chairman and District In-Charge Banga Kuljit Singh Sarhal.
   He said that due to the initiative of the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, people from across the state are going to visit various religious places. He said that all the facilities have been provided free of charge to the pilgrims for traveling to the religious places. He said that the expenses of the passengers traveling under this scheme are being borne by the Punjab government.
On this occasion Naib Tehsildar Nawanshahr Ritu Kapur, GM Roadways Jaspreet Singh Sidhu, Jaspreet Singh Robi Kang Youth Leader, Block President Satnam Singh Jhika, Block President Pawanjit Singh Sidhu, Jagjit Singh Sodhi, Mahinder Kaur Karnana, Tarsem Singh Nota, Jaskamal Singh Talwandi Fattu, Master Inderjit Singh, Sarabjit Singh Sabba, Manjit Singh Jhika, Harmanpreet Singh Mani, Bikramjit Singh, Bishan Singh Jhingar, Daljit Khatkar, Ranjit Khatkar, Surjit Jhingar, Deepa Gosal were present.
