
Eminent Punjabi storyteller Samwal Dhami met Kashmir Singh Nangal Khiladi

But noble people like the famous Punjabi storyteller Sawal Dhami ji still take time out of their busy schedule to visit them often and try to preserve the memories related to the painful times spent by them for the future generations to inherit. Even though due to the shock of untimely death of Kashmir Singh's wife Paramjit Kaur and elder son Amarjit Singh, their health and memory have weakened and it is difficult to speak clearly, but they survived the torture and death suffered in Pakistan jail. He remembers every critical moment of the story.
Today, Sawal Dhami ji had a long heart-to-heart conversation with him and shared his sorrows and joys with him, wished him good health and long life and promised to meet again soon. On reaching the village of Nangal Khiladi, Samwal Dhamiji was thanked and honored by the famous footballer Sardar Pargat Singh Heer and the farmer leader Talwinder Singh Heer, who specially came to the village from America and praised the work they are doing to preserve the heritage. Tarsem Singh Nangal Kalan, Manjit Singh Palaki, Harjinder Singh, Satnam Singh, Satpal Singh, Malkit Singh, Kuldeep Singh Sidhu, Jaswinder Singh Banga were also present on this occasion.
