Garhshankar December 2 - Under the leadership of Amit Kumar, project manager of Sankalp Sanskritik Samiti, an organization running under the Punjab State AIDS Control Society, on the occasion of World AIDS Day,  An awareness rally was organized in the city with the children of SD. Public School Garhshankar. During this awareness rally, the school children held banners of different slogans to make people aware of HIV and gave a message to the people to be aware of AIDS. On this occasion, Nodal Officer Dr. Taparna Sharma, Project Counselor Rajni Sharma gave important information to the school children for its prevention and treatment. Apart from Madam Lakhbir Kaur, school staff and students were present on this occasion.
