General Secretary of the organization Inderjit Singh said that on 07-10-2022, the Punjab government had issued a notification for the appointment of 8736 raw employees in the education department, through which 525 raw employees of the Punjab School Education Board were announced to be fixed. was He said that in this regard, adopting the decision of this notification by the Punjab School Education Board, the proforma issued by the government regarding the regularization of 525 raw employees of the Punjab School Education Board was filled. A 7-member committee was formed to regularize these employees and it has been more than 1 year since the committee was formed, but the committee only holds meetings and then cancels and does not take any action during this period. has gone

He said that the Union has been in regular contact with the Chief Minister and Education Minister and meetings have also been held with the Board of Management, but the appointment letters have not been given to 525 raw employees till date. The Union had also held a meeting with the Education Minister at Punjab Bhavan, Chandigarh on August 30, and the government had asked for a report from the board within 15 days to regularize it, but no action has been taken till date. He said that it is said by the Chief Minister in every speech that he makes announcements for regularization only after obtaining complete information and satisfaction. But the daily employees of the Punjab School Education Board are still waiting for the appointment letter regularized by the Chief Minister.

Union Press Secretary Tejinder Singh said that it has been decided in the meeting that due to the poor performance of the government, the delivery employees of the Punjab School Education Board will celebrate Black Diwali this year as well and will be forced to protest against the government.
