Data from the National Stock Exchange showed that foreign institutional investors are significantly reducing their exposure to the Indian markets.
This October trend is one of the sharpest selling trends in recent years. From October 21 to October 25, foreign investors sold equities worth Rs 20,024 crore, taking the total selling so far this month to over Rs 1,00,149 crore, representing a record.
