Lalru/Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 24 September 2025: Constituency MLA Kuljit Singh Randhawa started the procurement of paddy in the grain markets of Tiwana and Jaroat villages of Lalru today and congratulated the farmers.
He asked the officials to ensure the immediate procurement and lifting of the crop produced by the farmers with their hard work. He said that the farmer brothers will not be allowed to face any kind of problem in the markets. Our government is committed to buying every single grain of the crop.
Constituency MLA Randhawa said that the farmers, laborers and arhtiyas will not be allowed to face any kind of problem. He also appealed to the farmers to dry their crops and bring them to the market so that they do not have to face any kind of difficulty.
He said that if the farmers face any kind of problem in the market, they can contact him directly. He said that the arrangements in the markets are complete. The farmers will not be allowed to face any kind of problem. On this occasion, the Chairman of the Market Committee said that arrangements for shade, water etc. have been made for the farmers in the market.
