The way Maharaja Agrasen cooperates by presenting a brick and a gold stamp to every person living in his state, the government is working towards making every person self-reliant with its schemes based on his inclusive and far-reaching thinking.

The Chief Minister was addressing the Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti organized under the Sant Mahapurush Samman and Wichar Prasar Yojana of the Haryana Government in Panchkula as the Chief Guest today.
Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini first greeted the people on the occasion of Navratri and paid homage to Maharaja Agrasen. Referring to the glorious history of the Agarwal community, he said that this community has always provided great services to the country and society and more importantly to the entire humanity. Taking the names of many great men of the community, he said that the role of the people of the Agarwal community is seen in every field that one looks at.
The Chief Minister said that the Agarwal community is mainly associated with trade and industry. The Haryana government has taken many important steps in the last few years to create a conducive environment for industry and trade. Due to the policies of the government, today Haryana has become the first choice of investors from home and abroad. To solve the problems of traders, the Haryana Traders Welfare Board has been formed. We have named the Hisar Airport after Maharaja Agarsen, so that the coming generations remember his ideals and principles.
He said that the reforms in GST are being implemented across the country from Navratri today, due to which there is special enthusiasm among the business community. Expressing happiness, he said that a letter of thanks will be sent to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi from the Agrawal Samaj for these reforms.
He said that the online facility of e-refund has been started for the traders. In the field of taxation, the online facility of e-registration, e-payment of tax and e-filing of returns, e-tender and issuance of C-form has been started.
The Chief Minister said that under the Mukhyamantri Shehri Swamitva Yojana in the state, the ownership of the shops and houses of the municipalities running on rent or lease and license fee for more than 20 years has been given to the persons occupying them. Under the facilities of the traders, the e-way bill scheme has been started for inter-state movement of goods. Under the Pradhan Mantri Laghu Vyapari Maan Dhan Yojana, a minimum monthly pension of Rs 3,000 has been ensured for retailers and shopkeepers after attaining the age of 60 years.
Giving detailed information about the schemes being implemented for the convenience of industrialists, Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that a separate MSME department has been formed for the welfare of small and medium traders. A GST Facilitation Cell has been established in Gurugram to help start-ups. In this, start-ups are getting end-to-end help from registration to filing of returns. Similarly, an MSME, GST Facilitation Cell has been established in Panchkula. This is helping small entrepreneurs to comply with GST easily.
He said that a single system of Ease of Doing Business has been prepared to give impetus to the industrial development of Haryana. The state government has solved many pending problems related to industries and created an industrial environment in the state. This has also created confidence in the entrepreneurs towards the Haryana government.
The Chief Minister appealed to the people of the Agarwal community to continue to contribute to the development of the state in the future by carrying out their glorious traditions.
On this occasion, Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Mr. Vipul Goyal praised the generosity of Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini and said that under his leadership, the state government is following the footsteps of Maharaja Agarsen. Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay's Antondaya policy and Maharaja Agarsen's policy of Sab ka saath Sabka Vikas are being followed by the state government.
