These views were expressed by Mrs. Seema Uppal, Principal of Government Senior Secondary Smart School, Civil Line, Patiala, and Mr. Ram Lal Gupta, Vice Principal. Mr. Kaka Ram Verma, Retired Training Supervisor Red Cross and Police Traffic Education Cell Assistant Thanedar Ram Saran said that student teachers should conduct training exercises and mock drills as per the rules and laws to protect their homes, families, institutions and commercial establishments.
Kaka Ram Verma said that many countries of the world have nuclear and chemical energy but they are being used to make bombs and missiles. Whereas for the prosperity of humanity, if these natural resources are used for better environment, treatment, education, employment, accident reduction and community, then the world can become a happy, safe and healthy like heaven.
To save precious lives during wars and disasters, students, NSS and NCC cadets should be prepared to become helpful angels of the victims by taking training in disaster management, civil defense, first aid, fire safety. Ram Saran described the cadets as the best among other students and citizens, so they should make more efforts for peace, brotherhood, security, protection, help, prosperity, discipline, progress. Rules, laws, principles, discipline, duties should be followed honestly everywhere.
Everyone vowed that they will always become true patriots, heroes, warriors. Prayers were offered for patience, peace, brotherhood, humility, tolerance, discipline in the world and in families, among humans.
