Doaba Sahit Sabha (Regd.) Garhshankar Organizes Event Dedicated to the Martyrdom Centenary of Gadar Warrior Bibi Gulab Kaur

Mahilpur, July 21: The Doaba Sahit Sabha (Registered), Garhshankar, with the support of various organizations, organized an event dedicated to the martyrdom centenary of Gadar warrior Bibi Gulab Kaur. The event saw participation from active members of various public, democratic, and employee organizations operating in the Garhshankar tehsil. At the outset, Santokh Vir Ji, the patron of the Sabha, welcomed all the attendees.

Mahilpur, July 21: The Doaba Sahit Sabha (Registered), Garhshankar, with the support of various organizations, organized an event dedicated to the martyrdom centenary of Gadar warrior Bibi Gulab Kaur. The event saw participation from active members of various public, democratic, and employee organizations operating in the Garhshankar tehsil. At the outset, Santokh Vir Ji, the patron of the Sabha, welcomed all the attendees. 
Addressing the gathering, Professor Sandhu Variyanvi, General Secretary of the Kendri Lekhak Sabha (Sekhon), stated that the Gadar Movement was the only movement in India aimed at liberating the country and establishing a secular society based on equality and justice. Bibi Gulab Kaur played a historic role in this movement, demonstrating unparalleled sacrifice by dedicating her entire life to the cause of India’s freedom, a sacrifice that can never be forgotten.
Various speakers, including Darshan Singh Mattu, Kulbhushan Mahindwani, Mukesh Kumar, Sukhdev Dansiwal, Harmesh Dhesi, Talwinder Heer, Dr. Joginder Kullewal, Bibi Shubhash Mattu, Saroop Chand, and Amrik Hamraj, shed light on different aspects of Bibi Gulab Kaur’s revolutionary life and emphasized that today’s society should draw inspiration from her struggles. 
Other participants, including Hansraj Garhshankar, Jasvir Begampuri, Mandeep Kumar, Manjeet Banga, Chief Manager Hardev Rai, Amrjit Singh Kullewal, Joginder Singh Thandi, Jaswinder Singh Jassowal, Iqbal Singh Jassowal, Sarpanch Happy Sadhowal, Sarpanch Rajinder Singh Eman Jattan, Balwant Ram, Ramjidas Chauhan, Balvir Khanpuri, Bhupinder Singh, Surinder Kumar, Major Singh, Seema Rani, and Sunita, also took part in the discussions.
During the event, a resolution was passed condemning the genocide in Gaza by Israel, the occupying power in America, and calling for the liberation of the entire Palestinian territory, including Gaza, and the establishment of a free Palestinian state.
 At the conclusion of the event, the President of Doaba Sahit Sabha, Principal Dr. Bikker Singh, thanked all the leaders, members, and attendees from various revolutionary organizations and appealed for continued support in the future.
